With extensive experience in field operations, compliance, and workforce development, Jessica leads the company’s mission to deliver reliable, highly trained professionals and critical safety resources to organizations nationwide.
Under Jessica’s leadership, Urban Field Professionals provides industry-focused safety solutions, including H2S safety training, mask fit testing, safety compliance training, and the supply of essential field safety equipment. The company also offers employment verification services and drug testing programs, helping organizations maintain safe, compliant, and productive work environments.
Jessica has also expanded Urban Field Professionals into specialized technical staffing, supporting the optical engineering and telecommunications sectors with skilled professionals experienced in network deployment, repairs, and DWDM optical systems.
In addition to safety and telecommunications staffing, Jessica oversees a national network of property field adjusters, providing staffing, training, and operational management for insurance field operations.
